Julie Spinks » Broker/Owner
Julie Spinks graduated from Humboldt State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and afterwards received her Masters in Accountancy. She has 16 years of property management experience. She worked with Hooven Property Management from 2006-2015 and returned in 2018 after obtaining her masters degree and obtaining three years of accounting experience with a local CPA firm. Julie has both residential and commercial property management experience and is a licensed Broker.
Brandon Spinks » Maintenance Manger/Owner
Brandon Spinks is the property maintenance manager and has over 8 years of residential property repair experience. He has a wide array of handyman experience in different areas including minor electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, fence repair, cleaning, lawn services, etc.
